Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Pavly, operated by Pavly Commerce in India. By creating a store you agree to them.

Pavly provides software for sellers to run an online storefront, manage stock, orders, Instagram reels, influencers and campaigns. You are the seller of record for every product you list and are responsible for product descriptions, pricing, taxes (including GST where applicable), fulfilment and customer service.

Plans, included credits, credit prices and per-order checkout fees are listed on our pricing page (Free plan: 2% per checkout order, capped at ₹20). Checkout fees accrue on each order placed through our checkout and are voided for cancelled or returned orders.

Credits. Pavly credits are a closed prepaid wallet: 1 credit buys ₹1 of Pavly services (such as comment auto-DMs, tracked WhatsApp orders, WhatsApp messages and recovered carts). Credits can only be used for Pavly services, cannot be withdrawn as cash, carry no interest, and cannot be transferred between stores or accounts. Plan credits expire at the end of each billing period; purchased credits do not expire while your account is open. Unused purchased credits may be refunded within 7 days of purchase on request.

No surprise bills. Paid automations stop when your credits or your daily cap run out; we never charge you after the fact. Plans renew automatically only if you set up AutoPay; if a renewal fails you keep your plan for a 5-day grace period, after which your store moves to the Free plan with all data kept.

You must not list prohibited, counterfeit or infringing goods, or use comment automation or WhatsApp messaging to send unsolicited spam. We may suspend stores that breach these terms.

Instagram and Meta. When you connect an Instagram professional account you authorise Pavly to read your posts and reels, receive comments on them, and, following the keyword rules you set, reply to those comments and send private replies on your behalf only to people who commented. You must also comply with Meta's Terms of Service, Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines, and the Meta Platform Terms. You can disconnect at any time from Settings → Integrations or from Instagram's Apps and Websites settings.

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in Odisha have jurisdiction.
